Ingredients
✔ 1 cup shredded mozzarella
✔ ½ cup grated Parmesan
✔ ¼ cup pizza sauce (lightly spread)
✔ ¼ tsp Italian seasoning
✔ ¼ tsp garlic powder
✔ Mini pepperoni (optional)
✔ Olive oil or melted butter (for extra crunch)
Instructions
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). If using an air fryer, set it to 350°F (175°C).
2️⃣ Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
3️⃣ For cheese-based chips: Place small piles of mozzarella and Parmesan on the baking sheet.
4️⃣ For tortilla-based chips: Cut tortillas into triangles and arrange them on the tray. Lightly brush with olive oil.
5️⃣ For dough-based chips: Roll out pizza dough and cut into small pieces.
6️⃣ Add a thin layer of pizza sauce and sprinkle with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and mini pepperoni.
7️⃣ Bake for 10–15 minutes (or air-fry for 6–8 minutes) until golden brown and crispy.
8️⃣ Let cool on a wire rack for extra crunch, then serve with your favorite dip!
