- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 3 tbsp homemade ranch mix)
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
- (Optional) 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- (Optional) 1/2 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
- Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
- In a small bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the chicken, then coat evenly with the seasoning mix.
- (Optional) Press Parmesan cheese or crushed crackers/breadcrumbs onto the chicken for added crunch.
- Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
For extra crispy chicken, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. To make it spicy, add 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or drizzle with hot sauce before baking.
