  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (or 3 tbsp homemade ranch mix)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • (Optional) 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • (Optional) 1/2 cup crushed crackers or breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil or non-stick spray.
  3. Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel.
  4. In a small bowl, mix ranch seasoning, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Drizzle olive oil or melted butter over the chicken, then coat evenly with the seasoning mix.
  6. (Optional) Press Parmesan cheese or crushed crackers/breadcrumbs onto the chicken for added crunch.
  7. Place the chicken in the prepared baking dish and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  8. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.

Notes

For extra crispy chicken, broil for the last 2-3 minutes. To make it spicy, add 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper or drizzle with hot sauce before baking.
