Instructions
Step 1: Prepare the Turkey Patties
- In a large bowl, mix ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil.
- Shape the mixture into small patties (slightly larger than the buns).
- Place patties in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.
Step 2: Cook the Patties
- Heat a skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
- Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, until they reach 165°F internal temperature.
- Place cheese slices on the patties during the last 30 seconds of cooking and cover with a lid to melt.
