  • ¼ cup pickles, sliced

Optional Add-ons:

  • ¼ cup cranberry sauce (for a sweet twist)
  • ¼ cup caramelized onions

Instructions

Step 1: Prepare the Turkey Patties

  1. In a large bowl, mix ground turkey with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, Worcestershire sauce, and olive oil.
  2. Shape the mixture into small patties (slightly larger than the buns).
  3. Place patties in the fridge for 15 minutes to firm up.

Step 2: Cook the Patties

  2. Cook the patties for 3-4 minutes per side, until they reach 165°F internal temperature.
  3. Place cheese slices on the patties during the last 30 seconds of cooking and cover with a lid to melt.

Step 3: Toast the Buns

  1. Lightly butter or drizzle olive oil on the cut sides of the slider buns.
  2. Toast them in a pan or oven at 350°F for 2-3 minutes, until golden brown.

Step 4: Assemble the Sliders

  1. Spread mayo, mustard, or cranberry sauce on the buns.
  2. Add lettuce, tomatoes, pickles, and caramelized onions (if using).
  3. Place the cheesy turkey patties on top and cover with the bun.

Step 5: Serve & Enjoy!

  • Secure with toothpicks if needed and serve immediately with your favorite side dishes!
